Returns & Exchange
1. Can I return or exchange an in store purchase online?

2. How do I make a gift exchange?
All you need is a order number which you can find on the original shipping label, if you received a gift note in the package, the order number should be printed on the back of the note.
Orders, Shipping & Tracking
1. Do you offer gift wrap?
Yeah we provide gift wrapping just in case you are directly placing the order at the address of your loved ones.
2. How do you ship?
First is our $5 standard shipping option which takes about 5-10 business days to arrive from the time you place your order.
Additionally, we offer 2 business day shipping at $12 and 1 business day shipping at $20.
3. What if I want to cancel or change my order?
We try to fulfill order very quickly, just email us at elegantsgiftgallery@gmail.com and we will see what we can do if you are just getting cold feet.
Payments & Refunds
1. When can I expect my refund?
Hang tight, it can take our warehouse up to two weeks to receive and process your return. We will be sure to send a return notification email as soon as we have issued your refund.
2. Does Elegants Gift Gallery offer discount codes or coupons?
We don't believe in that at all because we work hard every day to make innovative yet premium quality products that look great and feel amazing. That's the beauty of selling directly to our fans.
